We apply cheminformatics and CADD to identify potential therapeutic candidates. The lab welcomes motivated students interested in ADMET prediction, 3D pharmacophore modeling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and binding free energy analyses (MM/GBSA, MM/PBSA).
